Refund policy

 
In the unlikely event that you would like to return an item, we will accept returns requested up to 14 days upon the delivery of your order. Please ensure items and their packaging are returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. Items that do not meet these standards or are outside the return window can be refused. Please note that according to best practice hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on earrings. 

If you wish to exchange your products, you will have to complete a return, followed by a new order placement. 

Steps to Completing a Return


Step 1: Logging In to Your Account

 

  1. Log In: Click on the account / login icon located either at the top right corner of the homepage, or the navigation menu.
  2. Enter Credentials: Enter the email address you used when completing your order
  3. Enter Code: You will receive a six-digit code in your email. Enter this code into the allocated space to log into your account.

 

 

Step 2: Accessing Your Order History and Submitting the Return Request

 

  1. Select the Order: Find the order you want to return from the list of past orders. Click on the order to view its details, finding the Return button.
  2. Choose Return Reason: Select a reason for the return from the list provided.
  3. Submit Request: Click on the button to submit your return request.

 

 

Step 3: Waiting for Return Approval and Returning the Parcel

 

  1. Approval Notification: You will receive an email notification with a response to your return request, and whether it has been accepted. Please note it may take us up to 3 working days to respond to your return request.
  2. Approved Return Requests: The approval email will usually include instructions on how to send back the item, as well as a returns label.

 

 

Step 4: Preparing and Sending the Return Package

 

  1. Package the Items: Carefully pack the item(s) you are returning, in its original packaging.
  2. Attach Return Label: Attach the returns label provided to the package.
  3. Ship the Package: Take the package to the specified shipping carrier (e.g., Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx), sending it back to us. It is your responsibility to return the parcel safely back to us. 

 

 

Step 5: Waiting for Refund and Checking Refund Status

 

  1. Confirmation Email: After receiving your returned item, you should receive a confirmation email.
  2. Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 10 working days from the day at which we receive your return, and will be made to the credit card, bank or Paypal account used to make the purchase. 

 

 

Step 6: Check Refund Status

 

  1. Monitor Account: Keep an eye on your email and bank account for confirmation of the refund. It may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account - this varies depending on your bank.
  2. Contact Support if Needed: If you don’t receive any updates within the expected timeframe, or need any further assistance, contact our customer service at support@feggeri.com
 

Upon completion of any purchase, Feggeri Ltd will remain the owner of any intellectual rights of the property, including design and copyrights of the products.
